Up to 60 days before the festival event: full refund.
45-59 days before the festival event: 50% refund.
36-44 days or less before the festival event: 25% refund.

Hotel accommodations are on a "run-of-the-house" basis. The Film Festival Club reserves the right to substitute hotels of similar or better category due to unforeseen events.
We recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance.
Participants in the Film Festival Club events outside the United States must be in possession of a passport valid for at least six (6) months after the date of travel. United States citizens traveling to Canada and Europe need a valid passport. Participants are responsible for obtaining a valid passport.
Travel expenses are not included in the cost of the Film Festival Club event.
Rates do not include: travel insurance, gratuities, expenses of a personal nature, and any items not specifically mentioned in the Film Festival Club event description.
Meals are provided only when specifically indicated in the itinerary.
The Film Festival Club does not sell, exchange, loan, share, or otherwise disseminate or disclose personal information you provided in order to request products and services from the Club.
